AIMS OF THE ASSOCIATION

• Promotion and dissemination of the culture of Argentine Tango in all its forms: dance, music, history, tradition, and technique.
• Strengthening the unity of the Tango community in Cyprus, without discrimination or exclusion.
• Protection and promotion of Tango’s cultural heritage as an element of intangible cultural value.
• Development of dance skills for all levels and all ages.
• Encouraging empathy, cooperation, and respect through the philosophy of Tango.
• Advancement of musical understanding and expression through the experiential approach of dance and music.
• Cultivation and maintenance of bonds and communication among members.
• Participation in cultural, educational, and recreational activities in Cyprus and abroad.
• Organization of Milongas, Practicas, seminars, lectures, classes, as well as Tango Festivals and Tango Marathons.

• Organizing classes, seminars, and specialised educational programs.
• Hosting Milongas, Practicas, and social events.
• Collaborations with dance schools, teachers, and institutions in Cyprus and abroad.
• Cultural activities, festivals, musical performances, and exchange trips.
• Publication of printed or digital material related to Tango dance and culture.
• Creation of funds, accounts, and infrastructure to support the Association’s work.
